	B.A. in Psychology from the University of Belgrade, Serbia, in 2005.
	Post-graduate studies in Personality Psychology at the University of Belgrade, going to become M.A. in Personality Psychology.
	Working Experience
	Junior Teaching Assistant in Personality Psychology, (2001 - 2006) Department of Psychology, University of Belgrade Given lectures and trainings in Repertory Grid methodology and measuring in personality.
	Research Director (October, 2006 – now) Institute for marketing and media research Mediana Adria, Belgrade Responsible for managing all projects and the whole research process from initial project design through to assistance with the analysis , quality control and report writing, day-to-day consultation with clients, creating new business opportunities and NPD initiatives for potential customers (among them are Life Style and Life Values segmentation)and building relationships with strategic persons in client organisations, maintaining an organization's competitive position and profitability by formulating research and development programs also managing and developing a small but growing team including conducting regular appraisals.
	DP (data processing) Executive (December, 2003 – January, 2005) Marketing research agency “Synovate”, Belgrade Data analyst, solving advanced statistical problems and working with marketing tools. Responsible for all database manipulation; responsible for CATI (computer-assisted telephone interviews) projects.
